Scheduling Your First Appointment  If we decide to move forward, we’ll schedule your initial appointment (available in person or virtually).

Patient Portal [login] I’ll invite you to join my secure patient portal, where you can create an account and sign all treatment forms before your first visit.

Relevant Records If applicable, you’re welcome to email me prior records or reports that may help inform your care.

Office Policies

Cancellation Policy
I ask that patients provide at least 48 business hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation. Cancellations made with less notice, or missed appointments without prior notice, will be charged the full session fee. Exceptions are made in the case of genuine medical emergencies.

Late Arrival
Sessions end at the scheduled time – If you arrive late, we’ll use the remaining time for our work together. This helps keep the schedule fair and respectful for all patients throughout the day.
