Brief Phone Call: We will schedule a brief phone call so that I can better understand your treatment goals, and enusre that I can meet your needs.

Scheduling Your First Appointment: Once we decide to move forward, we will schedule an initial appointment virtually or in person.

Sharing Information I will asked you to provide basic information about yourseld, including contact details, and insurance information.

Patient Portal: I will invite you to join my secure patient portal, where you can create an account and sign consent forms prior to your first visit.

Relevant Records: Please send me all records to help me better understand your history and prior treatment.

Cancellation Policy
 Please provide me two business days’ notice prior to canceling your appintment. Patients who cancel outside the required time frame will be responsible for the full cost of the session . Exceptions may be made for documented medical emergencies, but are not guaranteed. Late arrival: If you arrive late to your appointment, I cannot extend our session beyond its allotted time to provide punctual care to patients scheduled after your visit.

Late Arrival
Sessions end at the scheduled time – If you arrive late, we’ll use the remaining time for our work together. This helps keep the schedule fair and respectful for all patients throughout the day.
